It’s always a little daunting coming somewhere new for an appointment. I was very anxious but was soon very relieved to be at ease. Lovely receptionists welcoming and professional. The dentist was warm, welcoming and very patient, which I really appreciated, especially having two autistic sons who can be very difficult to treat. She was wonderful with both my boys. I appreciated the dentist seeing us as a family and would give more than 5 star if I could.
I had a cracked tooth in the evening after dinner- I called the next day at 8am and requested an urgent appointment, was given an appointment at 10:40. I was extremely nervous and worried and the dentist was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. She appreciated I was scared and was very calming. She discussed plan of treatment and I have an appointment booked within 3days for repair! Very impressed with this NHS service. Thank you again.
Lovely staff on reception, the dentist was great. Amazing reminders leading up to going. Everything was fantastic
Saw the dentist called Matthew. He completely understood that I was nervous and understood my additional need but took time to explain everything and talked through everything slowly and calmly. The reception team was so kind and approachable. The best dental practice and the best dentist I have ever seen.

My wife and me were allowed to sign up for NHS Dentistry at Colloseum in Clevedon last year after struggling to find NHS dentists having moved from Yorkshire. We live in Weston Super Mare and make the short journey for our consultations, but are more than happy to do so in the current climate. We have found the whole practice welcoming and professional and would recommend them to anyone asking. Thank you Colloseum.
First time seeing a dentist in clevedon dental practice and what a pleasure it was. Usually I would avoid dentists, but the team at clevedon dental practice are so polite, patient and informative I'm looking forward to go back. Thank you for putting me at ease.
Clinic itself is ok, problem is, that dentists don't want to stay there for too long. It is very inconvenient, if your dentist is gone an a new one has to retake your case and sometimes change a strategy... Advice to management: try harder to keep your team!
Reception staff friendly and dentist very helpful and informative of what they're doing. Great all round service.
The general atmosphere of cheeriness and calm and very little wait time really helps to ease my nerves.
