Cleevely have carried out work on my Tesla Model S since 2018, they are absolute experts on this complex car and I never been anything but delighted with the work they have done and the advice received. You will always get a fair price and they will never recommend work that is unnecessary. Also they look after my daughter’s Mini One petrol and my wife’s Tesla Model 3. I have recommended them to a number of my friends who have all been delighted with the service and the work. we live in London so it is quite a trip, but we turn it into a day out as Cheltenham is such a nice place to shop and eat. Another convenience is that their workshop is only a 4 minute walk from the railway station.
Having been once, for the first time a month or so ago to have a repair on our EV, Cleevely did such a good job we booked the service and some further remedial work with them.nSuper service, jobs done as efficiently and quickly as I could expect. Staff friendly and helpful, from telephone booking to service advisors/reception. Talked through the bill at the end and very happy with all.
Had an end of warranty check on my Model 3, several issues found which if you didn’t know what you were looking for could be costly. Car now booked in with Tesla before my warranty runs out. In my opinion money well spent, with a company that knows what they are doing, will definitely use in the future and recommend.
Brilliant service. James who carried out my end of warranty inspection was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He was very transparent and explained in detail all of the defects found and how to find them if I needed to show Tesla. Highly recommended.
Great service. Professional and friendly from start to finish. All staff I dealt with were professional and polite. Well priced compared to Tesla. Clearly experts in their field they knew exactly what they were talking about, and were confident in answering my questions. Would recommend.
