We found the Cleasewood Guest House to be a perfect place to stay for a night. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the owners are friendly and very welcoming. Located just a short walk from the main strip in Yarmouth it is in a great location. And the breakfast was beautiful. Absolutely flawless and would stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights and had an enjoyable stay. We were warmly welcomed by name. Room clean,  comfortable bed, large bathroom, sea view.   All rooms tastefully furnished. Breakfast excellent, fresh fruit salad,  yogurt and full English. Lounge relaxing with bar, keyboard,  books and board games. Will definitely stay again

Lovely place. Very nice husband and wife who own the place. Couldn't do enough for us. Carried our bag up to the room on top floor. Even parked his wife's car on the road just so we had a place to park when we arrived. Moved wife's car so I could park in the space and put wifes car on the drive. Nice touch. Lovely clean room. Great shower. Great breakfast. Couldn't fault this place at all. Highly recommended. 🖒🖒

Fabulous debbie and Arthur are excellent hosts and other nice clean rooms and a great breakfast choice.

Friendly staff, nice room with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was really good with a very good range to choose from. Location was only a few minutes walk from town centre. The only downsides were parking was on the street and not reserved and the coffee was bad.
