The worst company I have ever come across. Was signed up for an account without my permission, telephone line provider was changed from BT to Clear Telecoms without permission, although they claim a 'verbal contract' was agreed, which is a lie. Said I would be able to cancel after I received first bill. Took over 5 weeks for the first bill to arrive. Then was told I had to pay a £200 release fee to escape their clutches. Have been waiting over a week for them to call back so the bill and release fee can be paid. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT JOIN OR BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE SCAM.
The worst telephone company I have come crossed! I will leave a -1 if I can! Cold called to sign up, promised low price,never received a itemised bill, after a few months, the amount on DD doubled for no reason! Called the customer service asked to look at the bill, they say the computer is down will call back but never did! And never send the actual bill in post or email! called again but can't get through. Very dodgy indeed! Scam company, will report to Ofcom. Be aware.....
Do not have anything to do with this company. Although they don’t actually tell you there name until you get the one and only letter you get from them. This company is an absolute disgrace. How they get away with doing what they do is beyond me. They promised me they would pay any cancellation fees from my current supplier. Complete lie.!! Then they took more than twice the amount from my account they had told me. They have told me lie after lie from the beginning then they deny what they have said. Don’t worry and don’t panic seems to be there favourite saying but nothing actually gets done.
Absolutely useless. They just cannot get anything right! They don't return calls. They don't send emails describing what they are offering but just switch you to their 30 day trial without you realising it. Then, even after finding out and cancelling, they have the nerve to send you a bill! Don't touch them.
Terrible company. Do not use them! Took almost double by DD to what our bills were and trying to speak to someone is a nightmare. I must have made 45 phonecalls between 3rd Jan and now and only twice have i managed to speak to someone in accounts. They never return calls or acknowledge emails. Disgusting customer service.
We opened a small florist in Northampton moving from working in our garage at home to a unit on the high street. The phone line and credit machine line was with BT, I received a call from a lady called Vicky and now I have unlimited calls, broadband and line rental all on one bill. Much easier, I can spend more time making flower decorations now! Thanks
Scam company. Have tried to switch my parents three times without their permission. They are lucky they did not manage to complete the transaction as my parents were straight onto BT to stop them.
I'm a small business and when Cleartelecoms called me offering a great service and price I jumped at the deal - Since joining I've had a fault on the line which was fixed and solved the very next day, they even set up a divert for me to my mobile so that I wouldn't miss out on any business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that I know
never answer calls no matter what option you pick. never reply to emails. had a query about my bills being DOUBLE what they promised. now cant even get hold of them to cancel. disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE
THIS COMPANY IS VERY VERY BAD NO REPLIES TO EMAILS OR PHONECALLS, OVERCHARGING ON BILLS WONT LET YOU OUT OF CONTRACT, THEY ADVERTISE REGULATER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN BUT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH ANY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I HAVE TO AWARD 1 STAR BUT THEY DONT DESRVE THAT AT ALL MORE LIKE - 10
