Kevin gave us a very reasonable quote to clean the carpets of our rental accommodation at the end of the tenancy. The carpets were not in great condition when we got them and we have a pet dog who sheds a lot and also unfortunately caused some stains in the carpet. Kevin put in a lot of hard work into hoovering and cleaning the carpets and made them look a hundred times better than they did when we moved in to the house! He went above and beyond what we expected and did an amazing job. We're very happy with the service and he has ensured we get our deposit back. Kevin is friendly and professional and we will definitely have no qualms using him again in the future. Would highly recommend.
From the first contact with Kevin through to completion he was very professional and friendly. I was arranging a carpet clean for my parents, nothing was too much trouble, Kevin is easy to get hold of and always sends a reply in a timely manner making the booking process very easy.
