Been using for years, v good overall - helpful/knowledgeable owners/staff overall, range of machines, price affordable, clean, would definitely recommend. Only thing I would point out is, although generally reliable, every now & again can close during the 'Opening hours', with only a note on the door, so I've been v inconveniened - I will be ringing them before going each time from now on. Overall, though, v good!
First time back at laundrette in over 25 years - so completely clueless - the lady on duty was really helpful & friendly - would recommend.
Sent a suit jacket with beer stains here for dry cleaning, the results were very poor indeed, my partner decided to hand wash it and the dirt that came out was unbelievable!... I don't think they did anything more than spunge the stains!... My jacket is now clean no thanks the them... I'd avoid them if I were you, I'm sure they didn't lean it at all.
I was disappointed with the lack of settings on the machines, the longest time was only 25mins. The driers were pointless, I had 3 bin bags worth of laundry which didn't dry at all, had to hang all over the house. Edit: Thank you, I appreciate your response. My first time using a laundrette due to faulty washing machine and coming back from 3 weeks travel I had a very large load with 3 children and 1 using cloth nappies. Upon arrival I asked the gentleman that it was my first time here and was clueless to how things work and mentioned I need the longest wash for cloth nappies. I was told to fill my load in the machine he pointed to and he did the rest for me. With the drying a young lady was there and asked assistance from her, even asking for advise on what setting was best for fabrics. With her advise and assistance she showed me what to do. On completion I noticed they weren't dry however I didn't have time to dry again as my baby was crying for a feed in the car.
Narrowboator , carried out a clothes wash and dry. Manned facility, clean and tidy, reasonable priced. Please note advertised opening times maybe wrong. I recommend you phone them to check when open. I would use again and recommend.
It has an attendant at all times so the place is always clean and tidy. If something goes wrong there is someone to help you and change is readily available.
Brilliant service happy staff don't go there as much now but I still do go there prices have gone up then again everything has gone up in prices
Left my duck down duvet with them to be cleaned as we had just moved in to our new home. They never gave it back. Would not recommend at all! We had a small recompense for the duvet and cleaning. The duvet was worth alot of money hence why we trusted someone local and also support local businesses. It seems that isn't the case!
Machines very dirty around the doors
Very good staff ? Customer service and owner went out of work hours to get my suits dry cleaned Very highly recommended
