I have booked this company twice to do my car.  Twice they have not turned up.  The first time there was a phone call two days later to reschedule. Today nobody came and neither myself or the office could get hold of him.  The office didn’t even know where he was although they assured me he was working.  A friend of mine booked them a couple of weeks ago and she got a phone call the night before to say he was going on holiday ‘and he should not have been booked out’  and was therefore cancelling.  I highly recommend giving this company a big swerve.   Not worth the hassle and customer care is nil.

Clean Genie were very friendly and proffesional to use. Spotless, deep clean and carpet shampoo for a house full of kids. Used unscented baby/pet free products and even had the time to stack up the nursery toys and books. Reccomended.

Made an appointment with this company. They didn't bother to turn up or get in contact to say that they would not be coming. I took a day off work for nothing. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Spotless is the best word to use here , cleaned my showroom for opening Very detailed in their cleaning cleaned , that good they contacted tomdomthe cleaning now

Think this must have shut down, no reply to calls and messages.
