Why do charnwood borough council use this company totally useless and Jill the manager for they's refits is very rude and very unprofessional in her job nearly four weeks since they started the bathroom still no sink or bath the hole 3 weeks all they done is a bit of plaster which was two weeks ago and electrics and how stupid they put a new floor down which in sense should be the last thing going down council should get rid of this cowboy of a company and they left us with out a toilet for over four days totally a joke of a company avoid at all costs if any council say CLC are doing the work just say no thanks
Do NOT use this company. They fitted a new kitchen in my place in April 2014 and didn't make a very good job of it. It's now almost November 2014 and these guys STILL have not carried out the rectification work. Neither will they respond to phone calls or emails on the subject. WARNING! If you use this fly-by-night company, you are letting yourself in for a long term nightmare. EDIT: STILL WAITING!! EDIT - now into November and STILL WAITING!
I will give them minus 50 stars they don’t even deserve one star, they started to fix a shower in my bathroom they started in October till now the job hasn’t finished yet any thing they put in my bathroom broke down within days they don’t have professionals working for them all bunch of cowboys I had more inspectors visiting my house than their workers and they don’t connect with each others at all very amateurish company I will never use them again even if they put a gun in my head.
Enjoyed working for them briefly mainly good team and work mates
