KINGSTON UNIVERSITYnPLEASE READ YOUR REVIEWS!!!!nClayhill has some good blocks and some blocks which are just not maintained properly.nAfter multiple reviews talking about the rude white receptionistred hair nothing has been done.nThis absolute dud of a human being understands nothing of what it takes to be a receptionist. With no regard to urgency or emergency this lady will literally not pay heed to anything you say.nAs per the rooms, it fully depends on luck. Some rooms are mouldy and full of silverfish while the others are a bit better off.

I was only dropping off a student friend, but the appearance of the place looked great. Reports from residents are good and though it's some distance out of the main town the dedicated bus service means that is not a problem.

Poorly run and overpriced. OK if you're happy to have your room entered without notice and your possessions confiscated only for them to be 'lost' and never returned despite assurances they would when leaving scented candles that were never litstill in plastic but bought to try and mask the damp smell. A soulless place with miserable, unhelpful staff, chargeable parking even when moving in or out, with poor access and even poorer facilities.

Rude, racist and unwelcoming receptionists.  Redhead and blonde women both very patronising and not seem to show any care in the world. Don't know how they have been raised and going to raise with that type of unacceptable behaviour. Disgusting to think a university or any business/organisation would be associated with these individuals.

worst reception ever. Super mean and rude all the time for no reason. Are they oknnThe sound insulation is bad. You can always hear the sex sound around . Fortunately the person live my upstair was rly fast about 1min. God bless himnnNice cemetery view in the night, i made a lot friends there.
