I have an eating disorder and have been a customer with them for years. But my most recent order found me with soggy chips and really unpleasant piece of chicken. They were ok with exchanging the chips but nothing else. Asked for a refund and was told that they were happy with the food they gave me so I can't have a refund. After being a custom of theirs for 10+ years I'm questioning there current service and would recommend that if you are ordering from them the make sure you cover every specific of the order all the way down to the texture of the chips or you may end up disappointed with your order.

If you want good quality food then you cant go wrong with anything from the menu at The Clay Oven. Friendly staff who make sure you get the meal/takeaway you want. Great guys, great food and quality service.
