I bought this naan as it looked so nice,sadley when I returned home and went to use it it had a huge insect inside the packaging, you can emagin how I felt it made me feel ill.  I checked all around the packaging and it was all secure so it had been in it all the time. I contacted the Clay Oven Bakery with a picture showing the insect and the packaging had no holes in it.  They sent sent me 2 packs of naan bread one if which was completely broken into pieces I sent a photo again and their response was to my mind was wholly unacsectable they said it could not have been as it was fine when it left us, how sad that someone can think that sending something through the post in plastic packaging and more or less tell my j am in mind lying as it was not in pieces when it left their bakery so all in all even me sending proof by photos I felt I was disbelieved. And I have to wonder that the Clay Oven Bakery would think that I would take time out of my very busy life to contact them over something that was not true. Sadley I will never buy again or recommend and I must say Clay Oven I am very disappointed in you for making me feel like I was lying,  Yvonne

I LOVE YOU NAAN BREAD AND BUY A PACK EVERY WEEK, BUT YESTERDAY WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPENED THE PACK ONLY 2 WERE INSIDE INSTEAD OF 3 ,VERY SNEAKY STILL THE SAME PRICE, BUT ONE LESS. I CAN SEE ON THE PACK IT SAYS 2 BUT NOT VERY CLEAR.
SO ITS GOING TO BE 2 IN A PACK FROM NOW ON , WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO BUY 2 PACKS, VERY SNEAKY

Dropped into the factory yesterday to pick up a packet and the workers there were polite and friendly and even though I wanted a single pack of 5 naans, they were helpful and went out of their way to find me change.

Not to mention the naan themselves are delicious!
