I have been registered here for a little while now, and over that time all the staff have fostered a caring and passionate ethic that has made me feel way more at ease with dental appointments than I used to be. I recently have had a lot of trouble with a particular tooth and any time I felt I was getting nowhere, Sue, who frequents the reception, has always been there to help. You can really tell she cares about the service users and loves her job. A real credit to the establishment!
I highly recommend this dental practise! I have always been a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist as I have a massive phobia of it. However, Anup is the only dentist I have ever felt at ease with. He has so much patience and understanding and he really takes into consideration how nervous I can be. He takes his time and always ensures I feel comfortable before and during any procedure whilst being thorough yet very gentle. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly! I couldn’t recommend them enough and I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else!
The receptionist and dental team are excellent. Thanks Sue for putting me at ease. I was treated by Dentist Anup, everything you want in a dentist,. He explained my treatment plan in a consice professional manner. I would recommend this dental practice.
Very happy with the service at this practice from Anup Jose. I had some dental work and teeth whitening which i was very happy with achieving “b1” shade. Anup has a very caring manner and went out of his way to make me comfortable as a nervous patient. Highly recommend
Anup Jose is a wonderful caring dentist for someone who is nervous feel comfortable going for treatment receptionist is very pleasant and the nurse was nice too thank you for your kindness and patience xx

Really positive experience from the outset experienced, friendly reception offering advice and support. Then a relaxed, reasurring, understanding and patient experience for treatment. Fully informed before, during and after procedure. Excellent aftercare. Highly recommend.
My young son is autistic and has always struggled with loosing his baby teeth. His last loose baby tooth he held onto for over a year before we had to let the dentist remove it for him. The dentist and his assistant couldn't have been any more reassuring. They explained everything in a way he understood. Yes, there were some tears but the visit went so much better than we expected. A positive experience all round.
My daughter needed an emergency appointment and the receptionist made it so easy. Very friendly and professional. My daughter was really happy with the dentist. Said she put her at ease as she has a fear of dentists. Has to have her wisdom tooth taken out by a specialist but hopefully will get another emergency appointment to get the nerve taken out. She was asked did she want that on Friday but her nerves took over but she would bite someone's hand to do it now. Pardon the pun. Thinking of changing to these dentists if they are taking clients on. Well Done. You made what could have been fraught with tears ended up being ok.
Was very happy with the treatment I received yesterday 8/4/21. The treatment was explained clearly and sensitively as I’m very nervous going to the dentist. 2 much needed extractions done in less than 15 minutes and I didn’t feel anything. Extractions dealt with professionally and in a caring manner. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 30 years through taking my own children. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dental practice. Thank you for all your help yesterday.
