Will NEVER be back again !!! Went in for a wax and tint and the girl took of half of my eyebrow it’s so disappointing when you think you are going into an experienced salon and you end up with one eyebrow thin as a stick and a black line across my head !! How do people like this even get employed in a salon?? I wouldn’t be shocked if the girl had no experience with the way my eyebrows turned out
I popped in here over a month ago to 2 months ago to have a leg wax. This was my first time to visit and the Salon seen me that day without an appointment which was fantastic. However, while the Reception area was clean and inviting, I was very put off by the actual treatment room that was used for my treatment. It was certainly not clean and the walls had sections falling off. In my opinion, the treatment room needs a revamp and a thorough cleaning !! It is not somewhere where clients should receive treatments in as it gives quite a poor impression of the Salon. On a more positive note, the Beautician who looked after me was quite friendly and professional.

Total transformation of the eyebrows that I got gone in October. I will go nowhere else for as long as I am within an hour radius of this salon. Excellent quality!
