Absolutely wonderful service from this lovely garage, refused to take any money after looking at my car & telling me what the issue was. They even showed me a diagram of the part that needed replacing they offered to replace it but my husband said he'd do it himself, he enjoys tinkering with cars! Total superstars! My car failed its Mot at another local garage. They were unable to fix it as they didn't have welding facilities. It was suggested that I try a couple of other garages, including Class4, who booked me in for the day after. I got a call the next day to say they could fit me in a day early so I could get to a funeral in Nottingham. Class4 were brilliant. They worked extremely hard to get the work done, not only that, they took the car to the previous garage to re-MOT which it passed & returned it the same day. Also, the work came in £100 UNDER the original estimate. Absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend them.
First time using this garage for my bmw and it was fantastic, dropped off 9:30 and phone call to collect 10:20, receptionists were polite and professional. And the best bit m.o.t was only £45 so overall I'm very happy and will definitely be using again

DONT RECOMMEND!Clasic mecanic scammers,if u don’t believe my review just go there and you will see how they will find 6 more issues that don’t need to be fixed,they are a joke… I fixed my issue with 200£ to another garage. The real problem was just a bad manifold gasket,nothing else.
Had been using this garage for a while now since before they moved, so time came when I needed some work done I checked in. Spoke with Laurence who was really helpful, diagnosed a handful of problems which I mentioned I had noticed whilst driving and fixed one of three problems on the day for a fair rate, with me to come back at a later date once other parts arrived for £150 and £95 inc. Vat respectively A couple of days later I delivered my car as agreed for the delivered parts to be installed however I recieved a call mid afternoon to say that one part of the two parts could be installed for an inflated rate of £240 to install a crank pulley from what was discussed, and the other problem previously diagnosed I would have to take elsewhere and pay for them to diagnose and fix. I pointed out I had paid for this diagnostic previously for which they then offered to refund me for such, but since I did not wish to pay the inflated rate and they did not want to complete the other works has left me needing to go elsewhere. 2 stars as they had sorted out 1 of 3 problems, and Laurence was really helpful, shame about the changing of the goalposts on the last 2 problem had left a bad after taste. Is just strange they diagnosed the remaining problems, didn't want to carry 1 part of the works, and then tried to charge a higher rate for the 1 aspect they wished to carry out and asked me to pay extra to another garage to diagnose and fix.
Very good quality service You can book a same day appointment ... friendly staff I go there regularly, and get loyality discount and some free services as well
Called in here at closing time with a flat tyre yesterday, they opened up the workshops and changed it for me and wouldn't take anything for the favour, awesome service!
