Absolutely shocking! I live in a brand new build less then a year old, the extractor fan hasn’t been functioning properly since the day I moved in so I had booked in for a “repair”. They came out to “repair” and this is how they have left it! Completely ruined the paint/ wall and haven’t even fitted the extractor fan properly, to the point where there is now cavity balls dropping from the hole. I was told someone would contact me about another call out for this which I haven’t heard anything about. Why they didn’t just do the job properly in the first place baffles me. Not impressed.
Poor workmanship in installing a rear Outdoor Light with PIR sensor. As I was outside the two year warranty both they and my House builder, Curo Enterprise Ltd, distanced themselves from the problem. They wouldn’t even send one of their operatives around just to inspect my damaged light and offer their opinion even though they are still operating on the housing development I live on. My last gripe is ‘What about health and safety?’ The light is currently being supported by twin and earth wiring!
I needed to have the run on times on my extractor fans to be attended to when the defect period for my new build was up. The original date for the work was brought forward which benefitted me and the appointment window was shortened to suit my schedule.nThe work was carried out quickly and successfully and the technician was extremely helpful and friendly.nAll in all, I received a great service
As other review highlighted house built by Bloor on October 2023 however has had a BG dual RCD board fitted, meter tails run over 10meters through the fabric of the building with probably no mechanical protection and RCD.nnVery poor quality the wired on sockets are loose. Ethernet sockets are very low quality.nnColours of wire used are non UK standard.nnAll they point is the meeting regulations. Un professional
Really unfortunate experience with this company. We had an appointment today between 8am-12pm, waited in all morning. I phoned the company at 12:10 asking if someone was coming as we had to go out, I was told they would find out if someone was coming and call me back.nAn hour later still no call back, phoned again, they said they'd find out and call me back... 2 hours later no call back. Phoned again - transferred to the wrong department, transferred again - on hold for 10 minutes - told we would get a call back. Another 30 minutes pass and we receive a call to say no one is coming because the bathroom like never came in to stock....... Where was the call to let us know what was going on? Really awful service.
