Absolutely no non-leather products, they don't appear to measure feet like they did in years gone by.
Great service. Went for my daughters feet measuring. She's just gone two and was very unhelpful. The lady who helped us was super friendly, helpful and very patient. It's just a shame the children's shies are so expensive given how quickly they grow out of them.
Called in to get the boy some new trainers and the lady that served us was absolutely amazing!! She alone deserves the 5 stars, she was so helpful and great with my son, an all round great experience.
We were served by Poppy who helped my three year old pick out her shoes and fitted them for us. Poppy was a delight, and was brilliant with my three year old who doesn’t usually sit nicely for anyone! Polite, professional friendly service
Blimey, where do I start. Woman obviously manager came and stood about a foot away from me whilst I got my little one out of the pram, no hello, nothing, just dead pan. I asked if she was okay and she just smiled and nodded. Never felt so awkward in my life! Eventually she asked why I was there.. I thought it might have been obvious, but obviously not. A trainee measured my little ones feet and another colleague asked if he could check - it was completely wrong, but they proceded to argue amongst themselves.. we made a swift exit without a purchase. I'll probably just measure them myself in future.
Staff have always been helpful and patient when taking my children to have their feet measured etc. Thanks go to Jillian in particular for this latest visit, my eldest in particular can be quite difficult to find the right shoes for, but Jillian found them for us and was very patient and knowledgeable throughout. Thank you
Me and the wife went in today for my little boys shoes after waiting for 15 min to see a colleague the colleague was still busy with another customer so eventually I went up to another colleague who was standing behind the desk for a general inquiry she rudely turned around and stated I'm observing him. At the end I ended up walking out. I understand serving another customer but surely you can't be that busy that you cant stop your observation for 2 minute to help in a general inquiry.
We asked for a size 9 child shoes. Looks ok and we bought it. Then halfway home, we noted that they have given a 9 and 10 sizes for our grandkid. Had to go all the way back... rubbish
Went to get our daughter new shoes. Very professionally dealt with and get very safe. Do wonder why the kids section is upstairs though, seems to make it more difficult for those parents with prams etc
