Very lack luster staff was not until I went and asked for help did she reluctantly come with a shoe horn and some advice about how to open the laces but didn't help with anything and when I asked for the other shoe the box was put on a chair behind me I had to get all the packaging out and fiddle with the laces

The staff are lovely in here, however I'm a size 8 and they rarely have my size to try on. Always offer to bring it in but it can be really frustrating.
Lady who sized my daughter was polite and friendly. Once she realised the store didnt have any shoes that would fit my daughter, her enthusiasm disappeared. We went back into the store an hour later to ask to get a pair ordered in, but the 3 members of staff that were standing at the till couldn't be bothered to look up and help us. We ordered shoes ourselves in the end. Wont ever go back here.
We've had a few Clarke shoes for my daughter as hand me downs, very hard wearing and comfortable shoes have the obvious choice for school shoes. I never knew Clark's did a shoe fitting service, had this service for my daughter and I'm amazed and really pleased with the service received, the knowledge of the staff was spot on and we were informed of every choice, size and style available to suite my daughter, unfortunately they didn't have the one style my daughter really liked but the ordering process to store with free delivery was spot on, not sure if they do an adult fitting service but I'd definitely be coming back.
Fantastic Customer Service I was looking for a pair of shoes which went out of stock online, and I could not find them anywhere else, the store manager Raj went above and beyond helping me to find the shoes in another Clark store, calling different stores to check for the size I needed and asked them to keep them for me. I would definitely go back again excellent customer service. thank you.
Excellent service today from Clarks at Sutton Coldfield. Nathan think that was his name was extremely helpful in replacing an expensive pair of recently purchased faulty boots. Couldn't have been more polite, friendly and courteous. All credit to him for a fantastic job.
Very good fitting service... Very expensive, but they get it right! Be aware you have to make a fitting reservation. Prices were not explained before checkout, but they are the best providers of shoes in my son's odd very wide side... I'm of two minds about them. If I didn't need the specialist width would I shop there... Not sure I would for the price. But excellent service and great product but it comes at a price. As I guess it should.
