It's a Clarks Shoe shop. What else is there to say. Staff always helpful and good quality shoes and they always take time when measuring children's feet.

Unable to buy much needed shoes today as kids section is upstairs with no lift. Yes I could have left the buggy downstairs but the idea of clutching my new born in one hand whilst trying to stop my toddler from running back down the stairs feels me with dread. The lady at the store entrance was less than interested in helping me so what's the chance that upstairs would be better. Going to buy a foot measure on Amazon then buy online. A shame as we like the shoes and a trip to Clarks as a child myself is a fond memory.... Ps when I told her I had plenty of money she suddenly became interested. Too late. Customer service starts the second you open your doors not the second I open my wallet

Not really good if you have children in the pram as there is no lift :-/

For children's shoe fitting this place is worth its weight in gold. The staff are always helpful, very good at dealing with children and sensitive to needs.
