Superb service!I recently purchased a pair of Stratton Limit boots in Carlisle.I was fairly sure that I had bought the right size,but,on reflection,felt they were perhaps slightly large.So,I returned them,only to find that the shop had no stocks of the required size however they could order a pair for me and with my agreement did so, there and then.There was no urgency as far as I was concerned,however it was still a nice surprise to be told only two days later that the boots were available for me to collect.When you consider that the original error was mine,this was an experience of high quality service,faultless throughout.So,thankyou to Allison,Louise and Susan for all your efforts,they are much appreciated.
