Bought some black boots. Reduced from £120 to £90. Had the choice of fur lined or regular finish. Comfortable straight away. No rubs. I have wide feet so it's difficult to find comfortable shoes. I had tried some designer boot's on in Frank bird's earlier which crippled me at £300. They did look nice though
Came into the store with my wife who often struggles to find shoes as she has many foot problems, we were served by a gentleman named Lloyd who spent a great amount of time and care trying to find the exact shoe for her, We left very happy and satisfied. Nice to see good customer service as it is very rare to find in this day and age.
I went to this store to get my daughters feet measured and to get her a pair of new boots. The customer service was outstanding from when I walked in! A young lad if I remember rightly, had glasses served me he was very polite and so friendly! He helped us so much and brought us a selection of boots out in my daughters size to choose from. He was very patient with my wriggler of a toddler which I am grateful for! I wish I caught his name. He is a credit to your team!

Went to buy school shoes for my little girl for the new school year in September. The store assistant who dealt with us was very thorough and made sure that the shoes fit as well as they could bearing in mind my little ones feet are 1 size bigger than the other and 2 different widths.
Poor customer service and really low stock of shoes. Went in with three children and was offered no help. Eventually had their feet measured and staff member walked away. No help with finding suitable footwear in available sizes. We walked out and went to another store where customer service was better.
Lovely staff always happy to help and advise. Not pushy with sales advice for additional extras more helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I use their shoe protector spray and their leather care cream both works brilliantly...
Went to get my daughter school shoes and they were very helpful and patient
