Quality school shoes and friendly staff. Popped in to get some new school shoes for my daughter and so glad she's back to wearing Clarks again. The staff were lovely, really looked after us, and we have a happy child in decent shoes once more. Thanks to Beverley for all your help.
Viisited with my sister and nephew 2 years old to exchange a pair of Wellington boots my nephew received as a gift, unfortunately a couple of sizes too small and with no receipt. The staff were extremely helpful and after checking with the store manager we were offered an exchange. They measured his feet but didn't have the same style in his size on the shop floor... Luckily the assistant went to check in the stockroom and found his size! He loved them and didn't want to take them off so wore them home, and remain his favourite footwear! Thanks to the lovely staff for all their help!

Great service guys. Went in to buy kids school shoes. The lady was so helpful and said it would be better to go mid Aug so shoes last longer. Booked an appt. Skipped everyone. Didnt have to wait. In and out in 10 mins with 2 kids.
Lovely staff but standard of shoes has really gone down. Have had to take son's shoes back. But because he wore them only got 1/3 price back. Are you not meant to wear them then. Now buy elsewhere when possible.
Great shoe shop with good choice of shoes. Very good service from the young lady saleswoman. She measured both my feet to ensure correct fit and my shoes quality is excellent.
