Came to return a pair of shoes today . Went to the till to do so but found the assistant (joe) busy talking to a friend saying how they didn't like it here and didn't think they would be staying. Thankfully a young girl assistant came over and helped us in a very pleasant manner.

The staff were very helpful, and un-rushed despite the shop being rammed with parents buying school shoes for the start of a new term. They had plenty of stock, and took the time to offer alternatives.
