We always go to Clark’s to get shoes for our little one. The staff take the time to ensure that the size is right for the foot, and that the shoes are fitted comfortably. Went into this branch in Newbury for some wellies, and the lady serving us was fantastic. Really helpful and great child friendly manner. The shoes are generally more expensive than a lot of other places, but it’s totally worth it to invest in better quality footwear, especially for toddlers.

Came looking for a pair of boots, as a late Christmas gift. Was slightly confused by the fact that two sides of one pair of shoes were placed on display in different locations- very misleading. Both we and another customer picked up a single shoe, in a Cinderella-esque fashion. However our hope was swiftly dashed as they sold the pair to the other customer rather than us. This is fine, it was a win fair and square. But please be more clear in your display!!

Always good service with friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Not as great a collection of shoes as I would like but there is still a good choice. Prices are quite high but at least I know my child's feet are looked after😊

We usually go to Clark's for our kids shoes because of the varied width sizes, but what is the point when so few of the shoes are actually in stock. It felt like we had to pay alot for a toddlers shoes even though the ones we wanted were not in stock. £30-40 is just too much especially when it's recommended that we there seems little effort to keep stock.
