My experience at Clark’s was phenomenal thanks to Chris! He measured my my feet after I had my son. Even though my size was outside the range of women’s shoes, he pulled out all the shoes from the back that were close to my size and put them on my feet himself. amazing service. Thanks a ton Chris!
This store has a great selection of shoes in various colors and styles. I needed a formal pair for a wedding and purchased a handsome pair of black Whiddon Cap Oxford shoes. Pricing and styling was just right. And everyone I met at the store was very helpful. I will certainly be back soon…

Simple but practical collection of shoes and foot wear. Good selection for formal and semi-formal set of shoes. The shoes are comfortable to wear. They have a points based rewards program too.
very disappointed i paid $180 for my shoes first day when i put it on started making noise in every step after 3 days the stiches coming off on 1 of the shoes..so i dicide put it back in the box nice and clean not even smelling bad actually still smelling new..so after 4 weeks i have the time to returned this guy at store is telling me i cant not returned because its been long time alredy also has a tear which is not right..this is what he wrote...christopher worn.damaged merchandise shoes have wear on the botton of shoes as well a tear on the side..i pay $180. he only return me $135. ‍‍‍‍‍‍i will neve buy at clarks never again how do you test a shoes with out put it on?
This is an honest review about one of my most positive shopping experiences. Edwin was helping me at Clarks today and I have to say he is the best shoe salesperson I have encountered. He was very patient, and amazingly thoughtful. He offered me bandaids and cushion pads as he saw small injuries on my feet when I was trying on new shoes. They were minor injuries due to the heels I was wearing before skin did not break so it wouldn’t affect hygiene of products, and normally people would not pay attention to such details. But his consideration made my day. I would keep coming back to Clarks and will definitely let my friends know what happened today. Thank you for providing warm services as consistent as the comfort of your shoes.
Had a h*ll of a hard time trying to fine two pair of shoes and was told by customer service to try calling their stores. My first call was to the Jersey City store and got a very nice fellow Edwin, Please give this guy a raise. He checked his stock and they were not available at the store so he checked his warehouse. Both were available & he would send them directly to my home, with free delivery! Oh, he also gave me the 2 for $99 price. Thats why I like Clarks, Very nice people who are willing to help!
I went to the store today to buy a pair of shoes I had decided upon. I just had to try the size. the female employee at the store was very unprofessional though the manager was helpful . she ignored several of my requests for shoe sizes and looked disinterested. after waiting for a good 15 mins I left the store disappointed. sadly, I wouldn't visit the store again and prefer to buy online if such staff is employed by the store.
