Visited for great grandsons back to school shoes. Shop very busy but we were served by Elise. Foot measured and felt very confident and pleased size identified was in stock. Elise was brilliant and a definite asset for the shop. Very confident and pleasant young lady.
Great staff, stock can be a bit iffy.
Went for our daughters first pair of shoes and feet to be measured today. The assistant who helped us was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment we entered the shop we received excellent customer service.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I went here on Christmas Eve and bought a pair of trainers in the sale. I was served by Julia, who was very helpful, friendly and efficient

Visited during CV19 restrictions - restrictions not too oppressive without being lax. Selection was reasonable and the return policy is frankly amazing for growing kids. Staff polite and helpful. Cost of the shoe felt a little steep but par for the course.
I was asked if I required assistance, and I asked for smart i.e. Oxford shoes in a wide fitting. I was pointed towards one end of a shelf which didn't have anything suitable, and the assistant then walked off while I was asking if it were possible to get anything else, I was then told that because of the four days of postal strikes they couldn't even guess how long it would take for an order to be delivered, and suggested I try a different shoe shop. I did, and found something for £35 compared to the £110 I would have paid in Clarks for the style I wanted, had they had any in a wide fitting. Apparently people with wide feet only require particular shoe styles, and that doesn't include Oxford shoes.
Very helpful lady measured my year old granddaughters feet and advised what fitted and what didn't. She wasn't pushy and left us to look which was nice. We didn't buy as we didn't see anything that she liked that fitted properly.
Friendly, knowledgable staff, good with the kids. Quality is always good - but prices are getting higher, with limited range on the "sales".
Really helpful staff- school shoes bought with no hassles.
