I purchased a new pair of shoes from the sales but I was really surprised at the excellent service I received. Full marks. The shoes? I've never been disappointed with Clarks shoes. So I was one happy shopper. Yes outstanding shopping in Sleaford.

The ladies here are all lovely and very helpful, but there are never any shoes in stock for children. I've had this problem now with both of my daughters over the years and have now gone further afield to a different trusted shoe shop knowing that my children will come away with shoes on the same day. Not only is it a disappointment for the children when they come away without the shoes that they like, but the whole reason of having Clark's in a small town is for the convenience of the locals to use. In this case though with having to constantly order and return to the shop at a later date is a huge inconvenience, hence why I now travel 30 miles to get the ones we like on the same day.Maybe this should be given some huge consideration. Thank you
