DO NOT USE! I bought a new watch online and when it arrived too big I took my watch in to be resized for what I thought would be a quick in-shop adjustment. I left it with them for half a day and when I came back it turned out that they didn't the right tools so they sent it away saying it would take 10 days and cost £17. After 10 days I returned hoping to finally be able to wear my new watch. Upon returning handed me my watch and charged me £18.50 telling me that it was the closest they could size it to my wrist (I also had to ASK for the box back as they were seemingly planning on keeping it). After trying the watch for 5 minutes I realised that the watch was still far too loose. So I returned to the shop complaining and she said that she could send it off for another 10 days to have one more link taken out. 10 days passed and I returned to collect my watch and was astonished to find that when they handed it over it looked like it had been sized to fit an infant. I discovered that they actually removed three links (not the agreed single link), incorrectly claiming that it was impossible to remove just one link. The Jewler insisted that she would get the links put back in which would take ANOTHER 10 DAYS! Grudgingly I accepted the offer to put the links back in (knowing that it was better fitting loose than not at all) and left the store extremely dissatisfied. 10 DAYS LATER I RETURNED TO THE STORE TO DISCOVER THAT IT WAS SHUT. I RETURNED YET AGAIN THE VERY NEXT DAY TO COLLECT MY PRECIOUS WATCH (AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER AFTER INITIALLY BRINGING IN MY WATCH FOR A QUICK FIX). THEY ALMOST DIDN'T GIVE IT TO ME CLAIMING THAT I NEEDED A PAPER SLIP THAT I WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME. EVENTUALLY WHEN THEY HANDED ME MY WATCH I WAS LEFT IN DESPAIR TO FIND THAT THEY HADN'T DONE A SINGLE THING TO MY WATCH (STILL IN BABY FORM). AS IF THIS WASN'T ENOUGH OF A JOKE, I WAS CHARGED £3 IN ORDER TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND TAKE MY WATCH BACK HOME. I will now have to go to a Milton Keynes to get a professional to resize my watch. I left this terrible experience £21.50 poorer and with a month of my time wasted. Please avoid at all costs!
