UPDATE: My last post was about my salesperson, Stephanie and I was still getting window quotes. I had a great experience with her and since then, ordered window for my entire house and they were installed last month and I am so pleased. I love having all my curtains and blinds open now and having the outdoors come indoors. Stephanie and the entire crew at Clarity more than exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my purchase. The outside noise has been significantly reduced and when we had our cold week in January, it wasn't even cold to sit by the windows. I am so blown away by the difference that I just ordered new sliding doors to replace my French doors that open up to my backyard, and ordered a new storm door for my front. I set up an appointment with Stephanie, and again, she was so knowledgeable, personable, honest and ethical. If she didn't know the answer to something I asked, she did not hesitate to find out the answer. I can walk the neighborhood now and see the vast difference between my Clarity windows and the "off-the-shelf" windows or even the other "window" company windows on the other homes. All of the other companies are in and out in no time, leaving the potential customer confused and with unanswered questions. I feel my money well spent and well worth it. I look forward to my new doors and say thank you to all of the crew at Clarity, and especially THANK YOU Stephanie for taking the extra time it took to make sure I was an informed buyer and happy with my final selection. I highly recommend Clarity to anyone looking to replace their windows and/or doors.
We had all our windows replaced by Clarity a month ago and we absolutely LOVE them! They look beautiful on the inside and the outside and they make our house SO QUIET inside! The difference in the noise level from the busy street behind our house is amazing. When you open the window, you hear the traffic; close the window, and it’s like we pressed the “mute” button. Jon Craig was our designer. He made sure we would love these windows and suggested things no one else did. For the windows overlooking the backyard, he suggested we make the bottom windows shorter than the tops and it looks very much like picture windows that way. When you stand, that annoying halfway bar isn’t there obstructing your view anymore. It’s just a lovely view of the yard. We also had two windows side by side in two places upstairs. Jon suggested we make them one window that slides left and right. I absolutely love this because it is so much easier to open the window and there are fewer bars to interrupt the line of sight. In addition, the screens on all the windows are hardly even visible. Look at these photos. Can you see the screens? We have been getting many compliments on our new windows. The installation process could not have been smoother. Arturo and his crew installed all of our windows in just one day. They listened, they were polite and agreeable, did a masterful job caulking and making everything perfect, then cleaned up all of their work. The office staff, Holly & Autumn, were helpful and responsive throughout the process. And then Jon came by after installation to make sure we were happy. We could not be happier! Clarity Windows and Doors is a fantastic company to work with beginning to end...and the products they install are of the highest quality! From the beginning of the process when I met with Jon Craig to discuss options and decide what fulfilled my needs to installation day with Arturo and his crew doing a spectacular job, working with Clarity has been a completely enjoyable experience. And knowing that they are there to stand behind the products they install give me peace of mind. Choosing Clarity was the best decision I've made lately!
First of all, our new windows are beautiful! To say that our experience from the sales presentation by Sean, the accurate measurements, and the professional installation we had was excellent would be an understatement! Sean gave us a real reason to purchase Anlin windows and to give our business to Clarity Windows. We received regular updates on the ordering and installation dates. From signing the contract to installation was right at six weeks, just as Sean promised. The install team was great! They installed 20 windows in 5 hours, cleaned up inside and outside, and demonstrated the proper way to open, close, and clean our windows. We are very happy with our choice. Nicely done.
Clarity installed our new windows today and they were professional, kind and helpful through the entire process. Helped us choose what worked best for our home and delivered exactly the quality of service they promised all the way through to post-project cleanup. Absolutely top notch. 10/10!
I replaced my windows earlier this year with help from Kyle at Clarity and just wanted to jump back on to say that I am still so beyond delighted with my purchase!! Right after installation there was a slight issue with one of the door handles and they sent someone out to fix it immediately. Since then I’ve had no problems with any of the installation and am very impressed with the quality of the products and systems they use to connect the windows into your home. This is something I had read up on and was worried about with other companies since it’s a huge deal for preventing leaks and truly getting the benefits of the insulation of the new windows. They beyond crushed it including the installation team being so helpful, polite, and thorough. The beauty of the glass and trim is just unmatched and has elevated my home’s appeal immensely. It is also so enjoyable to open and close my new windows after having old windows that wouldn’t stay up or were super heavy. Can’t recommend Clarity enough!
I recently purchased a full house of new Clarity Windows to upgrade my home. The Family owned company, quality product, Double Lifetime Warranty warranted as long as I own the house, and to the lifetime of the next owner made a big difference. Stephanie, our design consultant, was very knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. She showed and demonstrated all components for selection, even samples of complete windows. The process and care given at each stage really showed the professionalism of the company We are very excited to improve our home with Clarity Windows of NTX. UPDATE: We LOVE our Clarity Windows. So beautiful, and our energy bills have reduced. Also, Arturo and his team were fantastic during installation. Great work, and went the extra mile for us.
It was a pleasure to do business with Clarity Windows and Doors. Jon Craig, our Sales Rep, was no-pressure! He did an excellent job of demonstrating the features of their windows that stood out above the competitors and he made some excellent recommendations to change some from single-hung to picture windows, which give a nice view. Jon and the office team kept us updated on the progress of making and delivering the windows. Arturo and his crew did a quick, thorough install and made them look great! Jon followed through with a care package - a nice touch and the office was prompt to provide warranty documents. We have had the windows for several months and the temperature in our house is now consistent throughout - so much more comfortable summer and winter and no more cold or hot spots. Our utility bills have also shown a nice decrease. Big thanks to the Clarity family!
