Booked my fiancé for the signature bamboo treatment here. She said it was unbelievable. The service, the treatment itself as well as the beautiful surroundings. She loved the sauna and swimming pool and treatment was divine. She seems way less stressed and can’t wait to go back. We have been to quite a few spas in London & Dubai but she said this was by far the best. She also loved the jasmine tea and red pears they fed her. 10/10 will be back
I had Sisley facial and body treatments here. They really are superb! The staff are very pleasant and professional. Worth a visit - but you must book, it gets so busy.
Really awful experience. Was taken in 10 mins late for my facial then she had to go get equipment which meant another 10 min wait and then she ended the facial ten mins before the original scheduled end time which meant a 60 min facial I got 30 mins for. I have complained and I am going back for a free treatment tonight so their resolution was amazing but I shouldn't expect a 5 start hotel to have therapists behave like this in the first place
My sister and I had a wonderful day at Clarisge's Spa. Everything and everyone was really nice except the tall blond lady at the reception who took the payment.. We found her very irritating as she was not nice to us nor kind like the others..
