Great museum. It was free admission which made it even better. A lot of reading and interesting artefacts. The first floor is mostly artefacts such as spearheads, shields as well as Daniel O'Connell's coat. On the second floor there was more a focus on the sea aspect such as emigration as well as piece of a boat from the Spanish armada. You'll probably be here, if you're a diligent museum goer, you'll probably be here for around an hour and 45 minutes.

Small but good. When I visited, they had a collection of bronze and iron age artifcts on loan from Dublin, bronze axes, Spears, arrow heads, coins, and other interesting pieces; complimenting their own local historical objects. I highly recommend a visit.

Museum is completely for free, filled with info about history. Tablets and listenable info about Ireland's history.
