Came in the other night to post a Hermes parcel, the man behind the counter was super patient and helped me sort it out. I was being super stressy and probably annoying as I was not understanding what I needed to do on my end totally my bad . And he kept calm and collected! Would visit again if I lived closer. Cheers!
Tried to drop off parcel for Hermes delivery, stuff refused to accept it, claiming it was too big, even though it was within allowed limits on Hermes site. Terribly rude stuff, screamed and shouted. AVOID!
Put the phone down on me with out saying any thing to me be for doing so.

Don’t even waste your time using this place as a parcel drop. They are extremely rude!! I have had two terrible experiences and won’t be returning again.

Unwelcoming staff! I’ve arrived 7 minutes before closing. Wanted to return an Amazon parcel but they told me to come back tomorrow. wouldn’t take the whole process more than 30 seconds. I would give a zero star if there would be an option.
