Avoid giving your money to this store. Extremely rude manager, no customer service skills and made me feel so small when I had a query about the website booking I had made. I was very confused and the manager did not speak to me in a customer friendly way. I'm sorry to write this review.
Had the most fantastic experience having my ears pierced. I didn’t catch the name of the lady short blonde hair, glasses, nose ring, but she was amazing. Calm, knowledgeable, confident and very kind. She explained everything so clearly and kept such a calm manner, it was all so reassuring. Within minutes I felt confident she’d do a very good job. All very clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend.
Just had my ears pierced yesterday. I had great service from the lady that did it and the store manager. Store was clean, and both staff were friendly and professional.
Visited today and found the doors to be locked. Potential customers tried the door and walked away. Eventually I spotted a sales assistant and knocked on the window to get her attention. She unlocked the door and explained she was on her own and needed the ladies . I found the sales assistant to be disinterested and not customer friendly. Compared to other Claire's outlets I have used this was definitely the worst.
Loved going to Halifax ,won a competition on Facebook a £20 Halifax gift card. Bought the sleep mask and keyring from Claire's. Lovely day.

Had my daughters ears peirced in Nov, really nice lady who did them. Went to change the earrings after 6 weeks and the Hello Kitty earrings she had in came apart, when you have your ears peirced you get a free pair every month for a year, the next pair I got when I took them out after a month they fell apart as well so not very good.
We had a wonderful experience today with the lovely lady who does the ear piercings in the Halifax store thank you kind lady with initials JW!. After some mixed feedback from a bunch of people that haven’t actually been to the store and some good feedback from those that actually have taken their girls here, we decide to go ahead with getting our little girl’s ears pierced at Claire’s. The whole thing was smooth and quick and there was a great selection of earrings to choose from including white and yellow gold. Our advice - don’t listen to the naysayers, get your ears pierced with confidence at Claire’s in Halifax !
Great day in Halifax today, lovely lady who pierced my ear for me very thorough with everything she was doing and aftercare. Very very nice, down to earth, not pushy! Lovely experience +++++++
Wanted to buy a gift card for a little girl on Sunday morning. The store's opening time on Sunday is 10.30. At 10.40 still not open. Called the store and the lady told me she was late because of the ice on the road. Ok, no problem. Then whilst waiting at the door my partner had been told that they're not going to open for another 10 minutes because she still had to do the till??? Sorry, but if the store's opening time is 10.30, shouldn't the till and other things be sorted before.
