I booked my daughter an appointment for an ear piercing. Since I was in work her grandad taken her to get it done. They would not let her get it pierced since she was with her grandad. Extremely rude staff too. Do not recommend
Took my 10yo daughter to get her ears pierced. Excellent service, good choices and they do both ears at same time. One very happy daughter.
Went to Claire's today and my 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Laura. Very professional and she explained everything very well, she was very clean and sterilised everything. My daughter loves her ear rings ! Thank you Laura ! Will defiantly recommend you !
This shop is far to small you can be the only person in the shop and it's to cramped or knocked everything over with your handbag. And you miss everything what is lower due to trying to crouch then knocking stuff or stuff what is to high up to even reach I won't go in now for them reasons.
Had my ears pierced by Aimee today. She was very knowledgeable and professional. A great service, really pleased.
My friends went to get there ears pierced and the poeple who were doing the pearcing were fine nice people but Claire’s don’t use actual metal they use a substitute metal that’s cheeper and to two of my friends it gave them an ear infection and if u don’t want an ear infection then I wouldnt got to Claire’s I found this really good pearcing and tatto shop called numerous they clean ur ears show u what there going to do and how there going to do it they use actual metal as well the price they charge for the two ears is £20 it may sound like much but it’s Claire’s ear infection VS numerous clean healthy ears no infection
My grandaughter went here last week she's only 8 and the assistant was so helpful to her telling her about all the offers that were on my grandaughter spent £42 she loves the place
Went to get my daughter's ears pierced, after looking at the sign posted above the earing and what I was quoted completely different to what was advertised and no explanation from the lady in store, completely misleading and will not be supporting in future. Fix your advertising!
The manager of this store is the problem, she was the most rude member of staff I have ever dealt with in a retail store. I can't stress enough to avoid this store. The manager spoke to me like fifth and outright refused to exchange the item I had bought. Absolutely awful customer service and I hope the other staff do not take notes from this lady. She clearly does not like her job.
My daughter had her ears piercing done here staff was very helpful and my daughter loves this shop will call back again.
