Great place for little kids who wanna get some jewellery or really anything i remember i used to go there quite often when i was younger but then i outgrew it. It still really is an amazing place. But i dont recommend getting a piercing there i got my ear pierced there and that got infected then got it there done again and that also got infected i then decided to go to another place called lovisa and got my ear pierced there and that did not once get infected.

The lady today was absolutely amazing and helpful and kind She managed to get my little girls ear ring back in Thank you

Clair's is a great place and very child friendly. Unfortunately the lady running the shop was on her own and trying to do ear piercing and serve customers at the same time. That poor girl was rushed off her feet, as a consequence the shop was untidy with boxes and saleable items on the floor. Otherwise it's a good place to be.

Smaller store which boast a wide selection. The staff were meh no real customer service and  it was difficult to get to the ear ring sections as alot of junk was there like racks. All in all it was fine in and out quickly.

We went In here today & around the shop there was an offer buy 3 get 3 free. So me & my 9 year old daughter start choosing away after 10 mins you can imagine my hands are full & I have an excited daughter dotting around. The lovely lady on counter calls by and gets me a basket she could see I had my hands full. Then once we were ready to pay felt like 3 hours after but it wasn't really  the server once again helped me with an even better offer, she was so friendly & chatty made a fuss of my daughter she really was a lovely person made our claires visit the best one yet

Only one person working in the shop on the first Saturday of the 6 weeks holidays when lots wanting ear piercing. Shop untidy and was shocked how expensive everything is for poor quality items and mostly tat ! I wouldn't have brought a thing but my daughter had a £10 voucher,  that got her a very plain notebook that was it !!

Amazing service! I had 6 piercings in one sitting with no issues at all!  The lady who pierced my ears was amazing, as well as the other staff members there!  Would definitely recommend

Got some lovely stuff in here, I had nail polish Got different colours than you find in the other shops, the young lady serving is always friendly and helpful, got offer on jewellery buy 3 get 3 free, good offer,

I do not know her name, but there`s a really nice woman that works there and she is absolutely the best. She was friendly, helpful and made our shopping experience very pleasant  Love the way she does her make up as well  We definitely need more people like her

My daughter got her ears pierced and the lady was lovely. The service was well worth it and my daughter is super pleased with her ears. The after care products were brilliant and my daughter didn't have any issues at all. I would highly recommend their ear piercing service.
