Today I visited this shop . I had a very bad experience there . I was looking some earing and I liked one and tried that because I wanted to buy them. But they lady who was on till she came to me and said that I had to buy them straight forward because I tried them . I asked her let me buy two more things but she didn’t let me buy two more things . And asked me forcefully to buy this first and then look another. I was so disappointed there. I paid for that. She was bad in behavior. She does know how to behave with customers. She didn’t let me use the offer of buy three and get three. I recommend not to visit that place.
Our daughter had her birthday party here. Staff were awesome. They were so much fun with the girls. They all loved the makeover. Thank you
Today I actually popped into Claire's just to look at some jewellery but decided out of the blue to get my helix cartilage pierced. I was alone, and Leanne was the one who pierced my ears. She was so funny, bless her. She made me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous! Leanne explained everything perfectly, and made sure I was happy with where I was going to have my earrings positioned. Would 100% definitely go there next time I want my ears pierced. I'm very happy. I even got some stickers!
My daughter had her ears pierced on Friday she was very nervous but really wanted them done the lady that was doing piercing was trying to calm her down talking to her and making her feel very comfortable. Unfortunately the first earing broke which caused a little pain but she got her first ear pierced, it happened again to the second one which made her very upset and anxious for it to be done again the lady helped me calm her down and was very lovely towards my girl which then eventually got the other ear pierced. I know things like that can happen somtimes and i wasnt mad at all about it cuz the staff were so lovely and so helpful with helping to calm her down and she actually getting them done she loves them now and that's the main thing. Very happy with how helpful and attentive the staff were so thankful for making my girl a happy one
Small shop but only went in to collect an order I placed online. The low rating is because I ordered 6 items, which were meant to be in stock but when checking at home only 4 were there. Shop assistant said nothing. Online was showing one of the items was still available. This was frustrating since I made a special trip to a Claire's that supposedly had all the items I wanted.
Really really bad experience. Bought some earring and when I reached home noticed the weren’t actually earrings but like clip rather .Couldn’t use them at all not even wear them and went for an exchange or refund. I was told that is not possible because they don’t know if I worn them or not and they can’t do anything about it. Just waste of money. Never again.
We took our daughter here on Saturday and honestly couldn't of asked for better, our little lady is a little worrier and over thinks everything right at the last minute she changed her mind and didnt want her ears peireced and got very upset, the lady who was seeing to us was extremely helpful and understanding she spoke to our daughter and explained it was ok and not to worry, she could come back and also told her it would be fine it's just a little pinch and she would be fine, our little one felt comfortable enough to have it done and the lady called for another staff to help with the piercing, both staff were fantastic and the fact they pierce both ears at the same time was even better, our daughter is ecstatic with her ears and we couldn't be happier.......THANK YOU
Amazing service at Claire’s today. My daughter had tore her ear and lost the back. Staff was so helpful and comforted my daughter with toys and helped so much. Would highly recommend thank you
Went here on a saturday morning at 10am to get myself a belly bar got there, the lights were off and the doors were shut. I am absoloutly disgraced on how it wasnt open an hour after the opening times. Sort yourself out!
I took my daughter to have her ears pierced, I was well aware of there very high prices but went ahead as they pierce both ears at the same time and given my daughters age I thought this the best option for her. On the day they was brilliant, my eyes watered at the £60 cost but other than that it problem free. 3 hours later the crystal had fell out!!! I called the store and explained who asked me to go back when the manager was in. Returned the following day who said they could re peirce the ear now to have another earring put in or wait 3 weeks for it to heal so we can replace the earring. So not wanting to put my daughter through the pain again I have opted for the 3 week wait so now she is not only walking around with odd earrings, just in time for her birthday and a holiday but an unsafe one because the clasps that were meant to hold the crystal in are catching on things. I will return to have the earring replaced but I will never use claires again for ear piercing nor will I be recommending them. We purchased a lip gloss at £1.50 on the return visit and was offered 20% off as a sorry. 30p Doesn't even cover the car parking never mind petrol and the time allowed for 3 separate visits to solve this.
