Only 2 members of staff on the shop floor- both helping with piercings. Meaning myself and another customer were stood waiting for a good few minutes. When the server did come to help there was no apology- which was disappointing.

Customer service was brilliant
Visited this morning 10/4/18. The two shop assistants laughed at me having two of them pierce my ears at the same time. I was stood right behind them. Didn't make a fuss because I didn't want them to bodge my ear piercing. Both thick as two short planks so if mocking me entertains them that's fine by me.
Absolutely disgusting workers. They don’t have any patients at all. Shouting unnecessarilythe short one with the tongue piercing. For the 30 minutes we were there, she kept staring at me and my family, making us feel very insecure. Claire’s manager, I advice to train your staff properly or choose better worker.
Asked someone about ear piercing and if appointment is needed. In the most dullest way she replied 'yeah, but go to the tills' and there was no one there. I had a few questions about the piercing but if you don't look approachable, will walk away.
