Myself and my partner went to get our noses pierced today and it was a fab experience. Paula put us at ease straight away and we had a laugh which helped with nerves! All of the staff were so lovely and chatty! 100% will be coming back for future piercings! Thank you so much!

Paula pierced my daughters ears at weekend, she was really good with her 6 years old very patient and professional- and friendly- highly recommended- cannot fault any of the staff here they are all always so lovely even when it’s busy, the shops quite small so it is a squeeze at times,  but they always have lots of lovely girly bits in stock! X

I am 17 years old I had my college I'd and card to show proof of age I was spoken to by a very rude woman behind the till who told me I could not have my ears pirced bearing in mind I had them done a couple of weeks before this,I will be telling people I no not to get there pircings here as your customer services is piss poor thankyou

Loads of choice and some great things to buy but can be busy and best to wait for the sale offers.

Absolutely disgusted today. So last time I went in there I bought three packs of earrings and didn't want to spend any more than that, but when I got to the counter they told me it was a special offer of three free things. Altogether the earrings I bought came to twenty pounds, but because of the special offer I ended up spending FIFTY pounds. So today, knowing this I went back and was determined to not fall for that offer again. Bought hair bobbles and when I got to the counter the woman told me that I get three free. Knowing what happened last time I refused. I am visually impaired and have a white cane when out and about. So when I told her I didn't want the special offer she grabbed three face masks and scanned them in, not thinking I would see her do it. Then she went round the counter to my carer and handed the bag with the masks in to her. Disgusted that she did this behind my back when I had said I did not want it, and that she went and talked to my carer when I had told her what I wanted. Disgusted at the ableist behaviour and I won't be going back. I gave the face masks to my carer to be honest because every time I saw them I felt so furious at the behaviour.

My daughter has begged me for the last year to get her ears pierced, so I decided to get them done for her bday, she was so excited, we went to Claire’s to get them done, the woman came out the back with the piercing equipment, she didn’t even say one word to my daughter, she pierced her ears and walked of, she was so miserable, she literally didn’t say one word to my daughter, I paid the £90 quid, she passed me the receipt and walked back into the back and didn’t even say a word to me, she was so awful , it was like she was mad at us for interrupting her day

I have bought accessories  for my wedding and asked the assistant who works there if she would know how to use a device that does buns and  she wasnt very knowledgeable about the product they were selling I bought it and couldn't use it  i didnt have a clue it didn't work on my hair . Apart from that they have lots of everything you need for weddings and going out .Some of these products for braids and buns and such you need to be a professional hair dresser to use them .So its not the assistants fault  .This is only my opinion  .

Staff were more interested in talking about their weekends and also mentioned they would 'hurt whoever messed up the display' they had just finished.

I had my ears pierced here and it's truly horrifying the piercings ok and the facilities are but the after care instructions and earrings are rubbish I've had mine pierced two times now as they've both healed after having to take the earring out after a growing infection making my hole earlobe swell and become extremely painful leaking pus and having to be bathed 24/7 in TCP and being referred to doctors , i would not recommed here for piercings
