Glad this isn't my regular pharmacy. My housemate & I tried to book a covid booster with them via Pharmadoctor - our applications were never responded to at all and when we phoned about it, we were told someone else was being vaccinated at the time we'd booked and to try again. The one other time I've phoned them I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before anyone picked up. We only went ahead with booking covid jabs with this pharmacy because everywhere else was booked for the next few weeks. We got there early, but had to wait in a huge queue of people being ignored by the staff, who were either talking behind some shelves or very slowly serving people. The other reviews saying the staff here have no sense of urgency and don't care about giving people the correct prescriptions are right, as we saw both things happen in the half an hour or so we were there. Never going here again for any reason.

Offered information and travel vaccinations for my Mexico trip. Very friendly, professional and prompt service .Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
Used this place for travel vaccines, they were very very knowledgeable and organised considering I had to have so many! My pharmacists was lovely and always made me feel welcome. They were able to get hold of vaccines even my GP couldn’t obtain, and quickly. Any queries I had were taken seriously and overall, I couldn’t recommend them enough for travel vaccines!
Went here for travel vacations and was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. Upon booking by telephone I was recommended all vacations I may require for my destination and prices, easy and quick booking. Upon being giving the vacations we were put at ease with friendly and informative conversation, very professional and easy to talk to.
