No ticket barriers like other stations though that means can go to the buffet bar and loo also. Sometimes good for photos as well though. Surprised that there is an hourly service from this station, Clacton could do with a half hourly all day out here.

The staff are fantastic they are very helpful a few months ago I had never been on a train. Had no idea where I needed to go in London the Lady behind the counter took about 15 minutes trying to find the right ticket for me. I have gone back yesterday and knew exactly where ii needed go this time. Thankyou for being so friendly.
