This is a great place to walk however wear boots or muddy shoes as this is on a working farm and there are cowpatts hidden in the long grass. There are also no solid paths to walk on and you can't enter the tower as it is unsafe. I'm not trying to make it sound bad I just want people to know what they are visiting. It's not like the nearby alloa tower which is fully furnished inside and is set in a nice park.

Muddy when wet but fantastic views towards the Ochils on one side and over to Kincardine bridge on the other. A notice board at the entry gate from Clackmannan gives a brief history. No access to the inner sanctum though.

Interesting piece of industrial heritage. Many attempts at repair through the decades as you see different brickwork.

You can only see the externals of the tower. Very little information on it at the site itself.
