Pleasant experience until Amy at the till today. Very unfriendly and felt argumentative over a that she asked if i wanted receipt.
The older staff can be quite unpleasant, especially the older lady, my friends say the same thing too. Hats off to some of the youngsters. They could teach the oldies some customer service. I also have to ask for the meal deal promotion to be applied at the til, otherwise they will charge full price items
Everything is more expensive here, than if you were to go and get the same product at a major supermarket store! It is fine if you're finding that you've run out of milk or bread for example, but I'd NEVER do a weekly shop here!nThe owner must be lining his pockets very nicely
Well... I bought green milk last night approx 6 7pm...nWe had come back from my sons transplant for cancernSuddenly this morning he gotten sick so I thought mm strange so I sniffed milk bottle well well well Not surprised ITS OFF even though not expired till 27th!!! So I went in store and I seen a somewhat manager suppose to be and she has NO EMPATHY OR EVEN EMPATHETIC about it and goes how am I supposed to know if it off and what can I do for you...nnThis is not how u handle this situation !!! In a sarcastic mannernnThis also being reported to trader standard cos this is not right at all!nnLocal resident myself SHALL NOT ReTURN AS A CUSTOMER
A really friendly and well stocked, medium sized , supermarket. C.Ks is, Always really clean and bright as well. The prices are also very good as well, so there , is no need, to leave this town to use the bigger shops , Llanelli if no transport available.The cash point is also reliable and another helpful service .
