Appalling customer service, woman I think on reception obviously hate serving people. Off hand, rude and unprofessional. Gave up and drove to Bristol shop.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to use them as they're local to me but I've been in a few times to get basic quotes and place orders from the lady in the showroom and it is an experience I'm not prepared to go through again. I have never known anyone to care less about their customers. I'm fed up having to chase quotes and delivery dates for weeks on end with absolutely no response. If you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall, you'd love her.
Was very helpful couldn't have asked for better service. I was struggling to put a new tap on as connectors were too big. They sorted out what I needed and had the right size in stock. Thank you
Forks driver and other staff spot on. Always happy to help you reverse out. Bit tight getting in and out of the yard in an artic but not the staffs fault so can't drop a star for that.
Kai and his team have been extremely helpful and have supplied 5 unique bathrooms for our self build. He is responsive to any queries and has exchanged items when necessary. I would highly recommend City Plumbing.
