Ordered a radiator, been waiting for 4 months, and then they raised the price by £60.
I was down from England repairing my daughters bathroom toilet, and im no plumber. I was served by a gentleman from the trade counter who was exemplary in his service , tech support, patience as i was not understanding how things fitted, he was a credit to your company. Many thanks to you from a happy daughter whose toilet system now works fine, England have a lot to learn from the Welsh.
Great. Bought what I needed and didn't cost me anywhere near what I thought it would. Very helpful and polite staff
Went in to ask for some advice on a job and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find the part I needed with no hassle. Would definitely recommend visiting the store for any of your plumbing needs.
Turned up here, looking to spend near 4 grand on a new bathroom and they were not interested. I was stunned to say the least.
Been coming here for 12 Months now for my bathrooms wouldn’t go anywhere else for them
Not so helpful or knowledgeable when needing assistance, and staff somewhat rude.
Retail part appeared to be closed down. Trade counter unwilling to be helpful for retail customers.
Poor choice, no staff available and showroom door is locked implying they are closed.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
