Quick and convenient airport for the north of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Nothing special, but the staff are always friendly and helpful.

i use this airport a lot, but on this occasion i hired a car from europcar to be told that if i am travelling out of northern ireland it would cost me £6 a day on top of what i was quoted previously, i did not check before i travelled as it never happened before, i am a regular with the hertz hire company and will ensure that i book with them in future , the guys are also very helpfull. i have checked there small print since and there is no extra charge.BUT EUROCAR STATE ON THERE WEBSITE NO HIDDEN CHARGES.BEWARE. shame really because this is a lovely small friendly airport.

Had a wonderful time in the city, it is such an up and coming destination, the people were great and the service was so friendly until you reach the air port bar. The three female staff were an embarrassment to hospitality, the prices were shamefully greedy and they had no chilled white wine and I was asked if I wanted ice in it! Come on City of Derry airport, you are the first or last impression a traveler gets and you need all the tourists you can get. Would I recommend The City...YES Would I recommend The City Airport NO We have a problem!
