Loved it! We were there for a weekend away and had a great time. The room was beautiful, the staff were great and the breakfast was lovely. We went down to pool for a swim and used the steam room too. The dinner in the restaurant was very good too.Rooms: 5/5
The hotel has an 'open all hours' coffee shop in the reception area which creates a very nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what to see and do in the city and the bedrooms were recently refurbished and very clean. We had a lovely meal in the bar area and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. We loved our short stay and will return.
Contacted the hotel very late a night.. they were very quick and great and getting me a room! service absolutely amazing.. on arrival very polite and answered any questions I had.. very good service and a great hotel made sure I felt welcome and comfortable.. room absolutely amazing Rooms: 5/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly they gave us a upgrade room. The meal we had was very nice in the restaurant I had the burger and chunky chips and my wife had the chicken salad. The service was excellent. We would be differently be back great hotel.Rooms: 5/5
Really nice food. Plain and tasty. I'm sure they do all sorts of foods. I'm boring and stick to my usual. Their soup and rolls/wheaten and always very good if you just want something small and on a cold day it's worth trying. Staff very good also.Service: 4/5
The location in fantastic. The hotel has done quite impressive renovations and upgrades on the rooms. Staff at the reception really friendly and helpful. Good gym facilities and swimingpool with spa. Breakfast a bit limited, I have missed some more options for people that do not eat fried food. English breakfast lovers totally Welcome. No cheese or ham to put on your bread. We would repeat our stay for sure.
Only stayed here briefly overnight but the service was great in the morning for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed was very large, great for a short stay. We also borrowed an iron from reception which was easy. Would recommend.
Great hotel for 3 stars. Nice big bar with decent food. Plenty of polite staff and the room was very nice. Loads of room in the car park. Can't complain about that.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent food and service. Large enough portions and delicious gourmet dishes. The only real downside was the price were higher than a normal pub or restaurant. The three meals and six drinks were £85
Lovely hotel,very central,bit of a hiccup at check in,special mention for Amy, excellent service very professional. Food was excellent, staff very courteous at all times. Room was more than we could have expected will definitely be back very soon.John and SharonRooms: 5/5
