Jocelyn is amazing at what she does! Great bedside manner, professional, very clean and sanitized office and equipment. Highly recommend!!
Jocelyn has been providing me with excellent food care services for a very long-term and stubborn toenail fungus which had not responded to previous treatment. Now, I am seeing excellent progress under Jocelyn's care. She is very thorough in her treatment and I find her to be very competent and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure having a "visit" with her! I have been to other caregivers previously and I can honestly say, I don't think you could find anyone as good as her.
I met Jocelyn at Forest City Foot Care when I was seeking treatment for stubborn Plantars Warts. She is a skilled professional who immediately put me at ease with her friendly and caring personality. Over the course of several treatments, Jocelyn demonstrated precise clinical skills and provided me with information for self-care between visits. Her clinic was spotless, her treatment chair was comfortable and I always felt that I was getting the best care at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Jocelyn for any of your foot care needs.
Had an initial assessment for foot care with Jocelyn on August 11, 2022, about a week after my husband had foot care from Jocelyn. I was extremely impressed with how she treated his complex conditions. This led me to book an initial appointment for myself as well. I have had professional foot care from registered nurses for many years but I found during my initial assessment with Jocelyn, she demonstrated skills well beyond all the others! She has years of experience as a hospital-based nurse which added to her knowledge base of multiple medical conditions effecting feet/legs and she has years of experience with foot care in multiple treatment areas. She was extremely well versed in medical conditions effecting feet/legs and was able to educate me in terms that were easily understood by a lay person. Her personality and professional nature of communication promoted a relaxed environment, plus promoted a positive mental health experience! I would highly recommend Jocelyn for foot care, compression stockings education etc.
