I was involved in a situation with a driver of one of your company vehicles - a white Ford Transit van with the registration number ET19KUY - that displayed a serious lack of road safety awareness and basic courtesy.nnI was stationary at the crossroads due to traffic and had the right of way to proceed straight. Inexplicably, your driver decided to force his way from my left side, cutting in front of me and even driving onto the pavement to bypass what was presumably 30 seconds worth of traffic delay. This reckless manoeuvre posed a direct risk to not just myself and other motorists, but also to numerous pedestrians present at the busy intersection.nnAfter the incident, I confronted the driver - a black gentleman, appearing older with some grey hair - and questioned his dangerous driving practices. His aggressive response was unsatisfactory, insisting that the green light justified his reckless driving. His escalating aggression led to an exchange of inappropriate language and uncivil gestures, culminating in an extremely disturbing and disappointing interaction.nnProfessional drivers, especially those representing an organisation, are expected to adhere to basic traffic rules, act responsibly, and treat all road users with respect. This gentleman's actions, however, constituted an outright disregard for these standards. His dangerous driving, offensive language, and overall aggressive demeanor were a significant letdown and I am sure these do not reflect the principles upheld by your esteemed company.nnI am confident that your company will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action. I hope that this individual will be given adequate training or guidance to improve his driving skills, behaviour, and his ability to communicate in a more respectful and professional manner.nnSuch incidents cast a negative light not only on the individuals involved but also on the company they represent. I believe that it is in the best interest of your company to address this issue promptly to prevent such occurrences in the future.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
