I recently visited this branch and cannot thank the staff enough for their support. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and it made my experience very positive. Huge thanks to all the team, in particular Craig and Mike, you were great!!

Please get more staff! There is always a queue here In the shop - currently here 30 mins and waiting. One more staff member could clear it - surely valuable investment.

Always found Dan and the team to be super helpful and responsive whenever we have needed them. They often deliver kit to us next day or keep things aside on next to no notice for our team to collect. We always get great service from the team.

Very poor service waiting for over 45 minutes and as 3rd in the queue

Do not go here if you are planning on buying materials to complete the job that day. You will have a long wait so bring a good book.  Extremely under staffed.

SLOWEST service ever - this is why there are always quewes

The back storeroom must be the size of the warehouse in Raiders of the Lost Ark, because once the staff disappear there it’ll be half an hour before the come back out.

Waiting 30 mins just to be served. Get some more staff this is a joke!

Great staff, very polite. Craig is always very helpful. The Irish manager helped me out a lot. Busy counter but staff were very helpful. I always think busy counter means great wholesaler.

Got here at 7.45AM nobody here except me. Still waited 10 minutes before anyone came to serve me, I think I’ve left 3 reviews in my life and this branch is now 2 of them reviews. It’s ridiculous I don’t understand why the service is so bad every single time. Actually that’s unfair, the service is ok but only after you’ve waited to be served for half an hour
