Really sad to have to post this but as I was blocked from their Facebook page i have no choice. Loved getting my nails done here. Always friendly and felt comfortable. Prices a bit steep however always happy with my nails. Had my nails done for Xmas and the next day they started peeling off. The salon closes for Xmas so when they 're opened I messaged them to tell them the problem and that i wanted a refund as I had to pay someone else to correct my nails for new year I was ignored then blocked from the Facebook page. I got a phone call from the manager who explained I could have an £8 credit ...no help after paying 40 for them! Then another 30 elsewhere to get them corrected. I asked why I was blocked from the Facebook and she lied and said that they stopped anyone messaging them on there which I found was a lie when I could access from my friends Facebook account. Poor management and not willing to help when things go wrong.

I have been a customer at the Hourglass for many years and it is a great salon. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I always look forward to my visits as I normally giggle for the entire time I am there. It is a very busy, highly professional place and appointments are essential as demand is so high. Attention to cleanliness and hygiene is clear which is very important to me. Advice on products and treatments is always offered but never pushed which I really admire. The team obviously take pride in the salon and in their work and they keep their knowledge current and skills honed. I recommend it to everyone and have already introduced family and friends for various treatments and treats.

I always look forward to my visits to hourglass, its always a great atmosphere and the girls always make me feel better & less stressed! The treatments are excellent & the salon is so cute. Best in Lichfield.

I use Hourglass to get my back waxed, very friendly & professional service. As a man going into a salon I am made to feel very welcome by all the ladies working there.
