In total, I have spent around 7 hours trying to call them but the call automatically drops after an hour. I have been trying to get a hold of them on and off. They should definitely hire more people for the phone lines because it's pretty bad that I've wasted so much time trying to call them. I've tried in the morning all throughout the day and the same thing happens each time.
If you are going to get some advice-forget it. Unprofessional "specialists" won't help you and if they say you something is "we can do nothing,you can do nothing. Hire a lawyer". It looked like that person who talked with me even don't have a basics in law. And I know I'm not only one,there is a lot of people who were directed wrongly by those "advices".
One lady was very helpful on the phone/ email when I initially needed some general advice . So much so that I contacted her again for advice re a Gov complaint but I was advised to ring the helpline again . Why ? when she already had my previous reference & helping is what they do. It seems to me when you want to complain to a giverning body they just leave you stranded & you have to jump through hoops to get any help DWP fund them so they wo t work with you to resolve a complaint against them
They are laughing about your problems and doing jokes, I was waiting more professionally, and the staff members did not help at all.
Seen and spoke to a lady called Clare she was amazing so greatful for her help and advice.
Costumer service not very friendly and helpful they just told me to get a lawyer instead of helping me
Useless service. Trying to get in touch from 4 days never replied to phone calls! Waste of time. Should close down!!
Been trying to get through on the phone for the past 2 days nobody answers always seems to be busy
They were very good very friendly and nice
Applied for advice, never heard back. Not sure what the organisation's function is. Not to put anyone else off.
